Virtus Logic was established in the Philippines in 2015 and started as a Risk Assessment company. Risk Assessment is a full and detailed look at a company's organization, processes, operations, technology, strategies, and people, identifying potential risks and examining the impact of those. Risks can range from uncertainty in financial market to individual project failures, legal liability, natural disasters, and supply chain failures. When a risk is identified, the impact of the risk becoming a reality is anticipated, thus enabling the company to mitigate, prevent, minimize, monitor and control it.
